Glass Options

A full range of glass options can be supplied by First fabricators, including varying glass thicknesses, safety glass and thermally efficient options.

Where winter cold is likely to be a problem double glazing is the preferred option. Reflective and tinted glasses are also available to reduce heat entry, light or ultraviolet. This is especially important with large areas of overhead glazing that can cause high heat build-up in summer.

Decorative glazing bars are also available that can be fixed to windows or doors for a smart enhancement to your joinery. Colonial or federation glazing is popular but there is also a wide range of other design formats available.
